Brook Hollow - Prosper, TX

This is a previously approved Planned Residential Development that we provided consultation on design modifications relating to the roadway system abutting the water body and how the main "spine" road would traverse the site. These changes allowed for a common access point to the water so that everyone in the development would be able to use the water for recreational purposes. The site accommodates about 275 single family detached home lots and lends itself to being developed in phases.
